Yes it tells you about this grant, also if you call, however it does not say other than they will be writing to those eligible, the question his being 2 weeks into lockdown how and when will this come to fruition, also should those whom are eligible to rate charges being zero, whom pay by direct debit, can we cancel the direct debit? What’s the procedure and can we have a date ?
A clear instruction please would help
